I've been doing a ton of research lately, as well as checking out some of the nicer coral tanks in my area.
One thing a lot of them had in common is that they run strictly blue leds (with a touch of red and green) for the whole day, with a 14k setting for 4 hours in midday.
I've been thinking of adapting this for my tank, I also have retrofitted two t5s onto my tank (purple plus, and aquablue special). What are your thoughts, here is how it will be ...
12:00 pm - all blues
4-7:00 pm - 14k with t5s
7-11 pm - all blus
Radion gen 2 with wide angle lens
