Calling all masters of acans!!! Please help

I just recently aquired some acan frags from a local hobbyist that broke down his tank. Ive never kept acans before and do not know much about the ID of them. Please help to ID my acans, Oh Wise ones of the ACAN world!!! The first one has a green center and bright red outer lining... sorry if the pics dont do it justice, I am a Photography NEWB as well! LOL and the second one I think is some sort of LORD but not too sure! any opinions and ideas would be much appreciated!

Definitely an acan lord although I'm not sure there's a common name out there for these ones.

Typically, only the established acans that have been around for a while and are known to hold their colors are given the names.

+1 to both being acan lords. As luvmyacans already stated only a limited amount of proven, extremely colorful acan lords are actually named. There are countless hundreds, if not thousands of color morphs for acans...so it can be a bit hard to keep names straight with so much variety.

If i were to grade those lords I would say the first is A grade, may be pushing AA grade (I can see three distinct colors) and the second is B grade.

And on a side note...welcome to your newest addiction! Haha. I started with one frag a year ago and now have over 45+ different color morphs.:wink:

They are definitely acan lords. Grade A for the for first frag, grade B for the second frag.

Thanks everyone! I got it for a steal so im not gonna complain... whichever grade it is, its making a great addition to my tank... BTW, I got over 6 frags just like those for under $50?! I thought that was a steal, not to sure if it actually was or not... just not used to paying less for frags of LPS, what do you guys think? also, took a snapshot of one of the LORDS taking a nibble at my Frogspawn... lol just thought it looked interesting!!!
