Calling Randy! Need a chem pro on this one

Hi Randy and good day to you!
I have been mixing a salt that has a lot of moisture in it. Practicality can make it into a ball.
So the ALK mixes WAY low and calcium is normal.
My question to you is what or why would the ALK mix so low when it should mix to a 7DKH?
I have included a picture for you to show you what it mixes at.

I am looking for the chemistry answer behind this.

Damp salt can allow precipitation of calcium carbonate (maybe also magnesium carbonate).

You can probably just add back the needed alk since calcium won't drop much. Some trace elements (such as iron) may also have precipitated, however.
