Anyone know of any cameras to take good pics with under some blues that are not just way out there considering that's all I need the camera for not looking to take photography up or brag about my awesome camera just would like to snap decent looking pics of corals

Yeah, pretty much all of the bridge cameras seem really good now-a-days. Plus, it would be good for any other photos you want to take.

Newer phones work pretty well also. But, they need to be held still and with no water water movement. If your phone has HDR, turn that on. Otherwise, you can play with the long exposure setting. Both of those will take grain out of your photo, but will add blur if there is movement. If you have an iphone 6 or LG G4 (or newer), I would just stick with those. They take really good pictures with some practice.

Im looking for a good clip on lens for Iphone. i dont want to use Gel filters Anyone know a good lens?

I haven't pulled the trigger on one yet, but look up Aquariclip. its a small clip that covers the lens on your phone with a filter for like $30

I bought it. Weird thing is only half the lense is covered so the other half is clear. Pics don't come out good
