Hey all,
First time custom build here. Am wanting to document the build and also hopefully pick everyone's brains on the best way to do things.
This will be a 230cm x 80cm x 80cm peninsula style tank built as a divider between the office and lounge/kitchen in my new house.
The total volume will be:
Display - 1472 Litres (388 Gallons)
Sump- 576 Litres (152 Gallons)
Total system volume - 2048 Litres (548 gallons)
The grey'd out square will be where the fishtank will be going
Frames and plasterboard have all gone in with a bulkhead for attaching lighting.
Currently tossing up between a traditional hood custom fitted to slide under the space between the top of the tank and the bulkhead or hinged paneling attached to the bulkhead.

Kessil A500x - x2 (Considering these for shimmer and colour)
