Can’t connect to AP700

As the title suggests, I can’t connect to my new AP700. I’ve tried using an iPad, iPhone, and android, but no luck with any of them. I’ve tried connecting through my WiFi and connecting directly. The app will go through all the steps but then the light won’t show up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure to connect the light to your router, and after you've completed the setup and the light is solid blue on the side of your ap700, exit out of the app and go back in. Sometimes it takes a couple minutes for the light to show up. I believe the app has a refresh button as well. Try that

Ok, so it's not connecting for some reason.
Can you walk me through your setup process?

Actually, I just got it to work. I ended up turning my WiFi routers off and that seemed to work. Although it still won’t connect to my iPad (which is what I used to connect directly to it, lol) but I was able to then connect with my android phone. This is day 4 of messing with it.
