i Have twizzlers and sunny d’s that are shriveling up and dying water parameters are stable except low po4 .06 sg 1.026, no3 4, dkh 8.5, cal 430. I was wondering if zoas like higher po4 all other coral looks good I have other soft coral that seems to do fine in low po4. Lighting is led and seems to grow everything else ok. Flow I would rate as mid to low you can see movement in the sort coral, the zoas I don’t see movement but i do have palys in the same area and are growing like crazy. Any thoughts would be appreciated

My P04 has been .03~ for almost a year and my zoas grow like crazy. Mostly cheaper variants though.

What's your temp? PH? Magnesium levels?

Some pics will help.

Pics will definitely help, especially if you can get then without blues.

If you can't figure it out, I would suggest sending in an ICP test, there are so many parameters that we don't test for that could have a huge impact on our reef tanks. I noticed some of my corals weren't doing well, sent in an ICP test and it showed that my metals were high in my tank. Checked my sump and there were some screws rusting. Fixed that and everything started to take off.

Bottom left is the twizzlers I’m having a issue with

Zoas are weird little buggers. Some like really high flow, some don't. Some like high light and others don't. I had some Rastas melting and pointed a powerhead at them and all of a sudden they perked up and are spreading. I really think the secret is to move them around until they find a spot they like.

But, in the meantime you can give them a dip to make sure it isn't parasitic in nature (I do Iodine or Bayer dips on my zoas).

If your alk is fine, I'd run an ammonia and nitrite test.
Alk cal no3 po4 nh no2 all

ive turned off my white light just running low blue for a few days and I’m going to try the flow suggestion you made if lights make no difference. I did move my watermelons zoas up on a frag rack higher which gives it better flow as well see what happens with those thanks
