Can a donut coral come back from this?

I started up my fluval 13.5 after neglecting my biocube for a long time (a lot of things going on in my life not proud of neglecting). This donut coral is obviously in reallly bad shape. Can it come back from this? Thanks

Any LPS can recover from even that bad. But it's unlikely if the conditions that caused it are not taken care of.

The conditions in this tank are 100x better. I just set it up last week
