I think two smaller heaters are better than one.
I don't trust the thermostats in heaters so aside if it sticks on, a smaller heater will stay on longer and reduce delta swings, I would rather a slower ramp to temp than over-shoot a set temperature.
Low temps are uncomfortable, high temps are deadly.
