Can a Wolf "eel" get ich? And behavior?

Thinking of getting a wolf fish eel thing. So, I would like to know if they can get ich or not being a fish but being very different. I understand they are a dottyback but do they have scales...idk. thoughts?

Also, does anyone know about how reef safe they are? I know they can inhale an urchin whole but my snowflake doesn't hunt at all so if I keep it fed I'm not even close to concerned about losing livestock to it. Thanks for any advice!

You probably need to be more specific about the fish you are asking about, a Wolffish is native to the northern Atlantic and grows to well over 4 feet long.

If something has the tendency to swallow an entire urchin whole, I wouldn't consider it "reef safe" in the slightest, but things may be different in a predator FOWLR tank.
