I am new to collecting Acan Lords. How much room do they need around them, and can they touch other Acan Lords?

Ive never had any issues with any of mine touching eachother. But I still like to keep some room between them to allow good flow and light.

Okay, thanks for the information. How about chalice, can they touch other chalice, and if not, how much room do they need.

Okay if Chalices can't touch, do I need to allow extra room for anything like sweeper tentacles? Probably a stupid question. I just had some zoos melt out of the blue, and they were right next to a chalice I just brought home, so this is why I ask. Also, how about Favia. I am new to collecting all three. Can they touch other Favia?

i only allow the acans to touch. Favias have long sweepers and will kill each other, so will the chalices

Try to space chalices 3+ inches away from e/o. Some of them have sweepers 5+ inches, so space those even further when they identify themselves.

In my experience there has never been a problem with acans touching.

ya your acans will be ok touching.. i try to keep mine off each other a lil so they have room to grow
