Can AEFW / MEN come on live rock

Have you heard of acro eating flatworms or montipora eating nudibranchs coming on live rock from a LFS or Ocean cultured? I mean a piece without acro or monti on it.

I imagine its more likely from a store where there are AEFW on the corals and some of it got to the live rock holding tank and attached even though there is no acro on it. Does that seem reasonable?

Generally what do you guys think about the basic title?

Not likely but possible. Unless they can survive on something else other than montipora tissue i doubt there will be any on live rock.
