As the title says, but another thing I wanted to add was that this certain coral has 2 patches(I small and 1 large) of white. The patches aren’t growing and I dip every coral making sure to look for aefw and the likes. It was encrusting and doing well before it started to lighten up.

changes made recently:
ph went from 7.9>8.4 after remembering to change co2 media.

lighting were slowly raised over 30 days

Params are stable
Alk 8.5

Sg 1.026

wanted to add that I have 2 mp40s. 1 in reef crest and the other on lps mode, acros have plenty of flow but if I need to add more please let me know as maybe this may be the case to what seems like Stn. All other acros are flourishing

To answer the title question: absolutely they will sting acros relentlessly.
Thank you for confirming! I had a feeling as my acro was doing perfectly

Manual removal (kalk paste, Aiptasia-X, etc), file fish, Klein's Butterfly, real Peppermint shrimp are all methods to manage aiptasia. The more effective ones have more risks -- i.e. eating zoas and "good" anemones IME.

Do you think nudi is a risk too?

Their big risk is stinging.
For aptasia, Using syringe, inject either lemon juice or better yet. . kalkwasser powder mixed with tank water into a paste the consistency of toothpaste and inject into the very center core and it will melt away

So i found out that i can use Berghia's with fairy wrasse as they wont do anything but not so sure about the blue stripe tamarin ive got but since bergs are night predators i might get by. Will be going down that route. Absolute worse case... im starting a frag tank and growing stuff there and ripping the rock from DT and overhauling
