Just like the title says. My clownfish has either ich, MV or both. He just started hosting the BTA this morning. This thought has occurred to me before but my clowns never hosted, but can a anemone's sting kill parasites on a clownfish?

No anemones are not a proven effective treatment for Cryptocaryon irritan. Interesting idea though.

I wouldn't count on the nem killing parasites, but I have always assumed the clowns feeling safe with a host anemone helps them not stress. Which in turn can help with them fighting it off.

+1 Even if a nem were capable of killing the parasites on the skin, they would still be present inside a fish's gills.
