So I added more rocks on the top of my scape about 2 months ago and I have noticed it has created a lot of shading on the rock underneath the new rock, especially towards the center. Can any low light corals go in this low light shaded area or is it too shaded?

Low light species should fare well. They need some light, just not what coral such as acro and other photosynthetic coral require.
Sun coral does well in low light as does cabbage leather, some mushroom, gsp and even certain zoa

Ok that’s reassuring. There’s been a few low light corals that I have been eyeing so I’m glad that rock space is not going to waste.
