Looks like shell of a Nassarias snail. Try to lift shell or wiggle loose and verify bottom (even take pic of the underneath)

Does it move? Have you poked it? Literally any more details would help :)
Not that I can tell if it does it is super slow it is hard not soft or Squishy

Have you tried removing it to get a better look? I'm guessing it's a shell of a snail that died or a hermit that ditched it there.

I Reyes pulling on it a little and it was on there pretty good I just worried about getting aggressive with it and pulling it off and damaging the coral

Sounds like maybe it is a live snail if it doesnt want to let go. I've seen snails camp out in one spot for several days before. I dont think it's anything to worry about, so maybe wait a few days to see if it moves on it's own or if you can get any better pictures :D
