Looks like a snail, but +1 to more info.

Looks like shell of a Nassarias snail. Try to lift shell or wiggle loose and verify bottom (even take pic of the underneath)

Not that I can tell if it does it is super slow it is hard not soft or Squishy

Have you tried removing it to get a better look? I'm guessing it's a shell of a snail that died or a hermit that ditched it there.

I Reyes pulling on it a little and it was on there pretty good I just worried about getting aggressive with it and pulling it off and damaging the coral

Sounds like maybe it is a live snail if it doesnt want to let go. I've seen snails camp out in one spot for several days before. I dont think it's anything to worry about, so maybe wait a few days to see if it moves on it's own or if you can get any better pictures

It's a swollen piece of the coral, I wouldn't worry about it and don't pull it off.
