Can any one help

I got a tang and noticed it had spots on it after a hour or so in my tank..within 24 hrs it died..can anyone tell me if this was ich or something else?
There are pics of it in my tank then in a qt and 2 right before it died

Looks like ich because a lot of spots in one Pic and then only a one spot in the last Pic. Tank will have to fallow for 45 to 76 days while remaining fish are treated in QT with copper for 30 days.
