It appeared before and i used parzi pro and it went away but now it’s back. it only happens to my female clown. both my clowns are eating fine and doing there normal

Lower chin lesions on clownfish are pretty common. That isn't from flukes, so Prazipro won't help with that. It is from "mechanical damage". One common cause is from "lip locking" with other clownfish. Fighting is pretty common as clownfish set up territory and try to settle who is going to be a male and who will be a female.
