Fish is a black leopard wrasse, and appears very happy. Always out in the day and nowhere to be seen at night. He's more interested in eating the pods than during feeding time but he's always active. Great to watch! I noticed a mark on him today though, and I think its just physical damage from somewhere in the lfs chain. Calm my nerves please??

Looks like missing and/or damaged scales to me. But let's ask @evolved @eatbreakfast for a second opinion.

Not tonight unfortunately, once he's in the sandbed it'd be impossible to find him without stirring up a whole mess of things. Maybe in the morning but I've seen him get spooked and he is very quick, so maybe not... I'm currently doing a lot of WC, trying to keep everything veru clean. There is a sore on my Domino damselfiish as well, I think thats from him bullying last week...
When did you last add a fish/coral/invert to this tank? And do you QT your livestock beforehand?
Post a photo of the Domino with the sore, it might be relevant to what's happening with your wrasse.

This shows the domino pretty well. I haven't been using a QT but maybe I could set up a little pico tank that I have. A 2.5g spec...
I just added the wrasse the day before yesterday. I didn't notice this mark, but I was more watching how he acted. Also, it's very hard to see if you're color blind lol. The damselfish was added 2 weeks ago with another domino, who died the same day. I have another yellow damselfish that is down in the sump because his face was injured badly. I cannot get a picture of him though. I think the domino is from being aggressive, and hoping the wrass was something in the past. Will open wounds heal over time if left untreated?

The Domino looks like he injured his eye.
