Can anyone help ID this please?

When I came down this morning my Turbo snail was on its back (still moving) and looked like it was foaming. I picked it up, turned it round and it waddled off and dropped the 'foam' on the rock. Are these eggs? Looks too white to be my sand clumped together.

Either way they disappeared into the abyss! Maybe was just a bundle of sand and slime
