Image unclear but appears to be a nudibranch and I would eliminate to reduce the risk of eggs

Sponge or tunicate, harmless

Super unlikely, but it's not dead macro algae from a fuge is it? I have had macro go clear when dying that sort of looks like that

Definitely a sponge. Someone recently had a similar species pop up in their tank:

With that, I believe you are seeing then clatharina sponge which favors dark , low flow areas of tank and sump
