Can anyone help me figure out what this is?

Hey guys so recently finished cycling my tank. I did a 50% water change before putting in the fish. They have been in for 2 days now and seem perfect.

Only problem I'm having is this really small white specs just floating around the tank. The essentially look like dust. Sorry for the ****** picture.

are you running a skimmer? thinking it might be micro bubbles

Turn off the skimmer temporarily to confirm. If its the cause, then you have micro bubbles escaping into your display. what kind of skimmer? you have the EVO 13.5?
