Can anyone help me identify these lil critters

Are these guys good in a tank or bad hitchhikers. .sorry if pics are not the best quality took without flash ..one seems to have hidden in my hammer head coral base it seems like a worm but with many feet and I if u look closely I have 2 others on rocks I mostly find them scurry on rocks..thanks again on advance.. if they are bad how do I get rid of them..

I see no pictures, however, when you say it looks like many feet, the first think that comes to mind are isopods. Here's two pictures from Lionfishlair Hitchhiker site of isopods. Oh, and there are safe for your tank.

Looks like a bristle work to me. Most people leave them be. They will clean up detritus in the tank. They only become a problem if the tank is over run with them.

Bristle worm. Remove them by dipping coral/rock or tweezers

Meh I'd leave em they are harmless keeps your rock clean and my boxer shrimp eats the crap out of them lol like his favorite. they're just scarry looking so they get a bad wrap
