These balls started growin a month ago. I did a water change and had dosed chemiclean. I’ve siphoned them out and they persist to come back. I thought if it was algae my tangs would eat it but nope.
Can anyone help me identify this and help with a solution?

Agree on pics under white intensity as preliminarily, this appears to be wire algae which tangs and most algae eaters will not touch.These balls started growin a month ago. In the process of getting better pics, what is your phosphate and nitrate level and is your tank at or near a window?
