Can anyone ID please?

Bought a hammer yesterday and found these on the rock that the frag is on. They are almost transparent and what looks like mouths do open and close. Is it some kind of star fish? Will dipping in Coral RX help removing them? Thanks in advance.

Thanks. I just found it on lionfish lair as well. Seems to be a beneficial addition.

I think I see an aptasia on far left frag plug
