Can anyone ID these things?

So I lifted one of my corals up and found these underneath. What are they? And how did they get there?

It was hard for me to get a good picture. They look almost like an anemone or something.
 
Looks like it could be mojanos or strawberry anemones. I would suggest removing them as they can spread and become a hassle.
 
So get rid of them whichever they are? They're underneath and can't be seen unless you flip the one coral over.
