Can anyone ID these?

I have just noticed a few patches of these clear tentacle looking things. They don’t have heads like aptasia.

Any ideas and know if they are good, bad or if I should be doing something. Everything in the tank coral and fish wise all seem to be doing really well so it’s not effecting anything from what I can see

Sponges, shouldn't be a problem for you.

Ok so I should just leave them be?

Sponges are a good sign, they are filter feeders that do no harm I am aware of. To me they indicate a very heathy biome.
