Halichoeres bivittatus, its common name is slippery dick. Gets to be about 14in, at that size will go after CUC, and may flip corals and small rocks.
 
I guess I have to be the one to go for it.... that is a juvenile "slippery dick" wrasse. Halichoeres bivittatus is the scientific name and it is not invert friendly.
