Can anyone id this please !!!

The one in the below image is in the rocks of my hammer coral. Its coming out from the holes in the rock and when i try to pick, it pushes inside the hole. Is it aiptasia ? whether shall i leave it or please help on how to remove it.

Oh thank god I was feared and literally not getting sleep on thinking that its an Aiptasia !!!!

Looks like a feather duster to me as well - and rather a nice one!

They're filter feeders, and as you noted, very quick to the retreat. If your friends notice it, I sometimes enjoy explaining it as the inspiration for the big pinkish ones in the "Avatar" movie.
