Botryocladia sp. of some kind (forgive me, I don't the species) - it's a kind of "Red Grape Algae," by the looks of it, though, so it's likely a keeper:

My understanding is that if the bubble is growing on a stalk (if it has a stem), then it’s red grape; if there’s no stalk/stem (just a bubble not raised off the surface of whatever it’s growing on), then it’s red bubble.

I too call it grape bubble but is indeed Botryocladia sp.

Thank you. I was gifted this tank it’s 32
Gallon bio cube and had a lot of pieces of devils hand coral along with 2 fish and a brittle starfish. It’s been running for 6+ years but most of the cleanup crew have since passed so I’ve only noticed 2 tops hermits and one snail ( sorry don’t know the name but it’s got a long snout , cute little fella) When I got it it was becoming overcome with green hair algae. I’m trying to get rid of it but it’s been a long long time since I had a saltwater tank. I’m basically starting over

Many algae consumers especially rabbit fish and tangs will eat this stuff readily
