Can anyone ID this tiny red creature?

Found a few of these red things underneath some of my frag plugs. Any ideas what they are. They slide off with my finger nail. They are soft and break apart easily.

They kinda look like vermeteid snails but it’s hard to tell from the pic. Are they hard tube and tube like?
