found 3 of these after dipping some new corals. This was the best picture I could get as they are pretty small(size reference the white background is the end of a spoon)

From some research (thanks guys for the id) it seems as though most all of these types carry thier eggs on their legs so I beleive I should be safe. Anyone aware of any that lay eggs on corals or frag plugs?

There are way too many different types to know exactly what you have and many seem to vary greatly.
Interceptor kill them.

You are correct.

so I beleive I should be safe.

Not so fast.... The larvae will attach to coral tissue, worms etc once hatched. He may not have eggs or larvae on his legs, but they may have already left dear old Dad and gone elsewhere.

Would the larvae be susceptible to dips as well? I would assume they are as vulnerable as their parent
