Snail eggs. Leave them. Most likely fish will pick them off or you may get some free snails. In either situation your tank wins.

Yup agreed, snail eggs. Most likely fish or coral food as these eggs typically don't hatch in an aquarium setting.

I spotted a tiny white snail on my glass last night, and on examination with a loupe, it looks like a cerith - I might have worried about it being a pyramidellid, but this little fellow was happily munching algae up the front glass. Saw a 1/4" Tonga nassarius pop out of the sand the other night as well - and I _know_ I didn't purchase any that small.
