Hello all.

Been battling something in my tank. Not exactly sure what it is. Some have said spaghetti worms and some have said Dino’s. I fought a short Dino battle a few months ago. That problem is now gone. This is a 40B with established corals. SPS and LPS.

I have a refugium and my water parameters will be listed below.

Salinity 1.025
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate .5ppm
Phosphate .03 Might be irrelevant
Alkalinity 7.5dKH
Calcium 445ppm
pH 7.7-7.9 test doesn’t have an in between
Magnesium 1365ppm

Also, I think my tang has HLLE. Not sure what the stringy stuff is. If you guys could give me some insight, that would be fantastic. Thank you in advance.

Dan

For some reason, the videos aren’t working. Here’s a couple of pics. It’s a brownish, maroon stringy algae of some sort growing in the same and slightly on rocks.
