+1 looks like vermetid to me

Yep, Vermetid Snail. I'd kill the vermetid quickly, or else they'll take over your tank and irritate corals.

Just squish it. They are not that hard, also if you don't want them growing everywhere just take the snail out of the water and then squish the vermetid.

You can always apply a dot of super glue over them as well. But I usually just crush them as well.
