This is growing on back glass sand and rock. What is it and how do I get rid of it.

Might be the accumulation of film algae, general tank slime, and detritus. I would increase flow in the area and scrub/scrape it off and immediately siphon it out of the tank during a water change

it covers the whole tank would that rule out it being a flow issue
