Can anyone identify the issue here?

I Just noticed this on my maroon clown.
It junk I had similar on my coral beauty a year ago and it went away on its own; so not sure if there’s anything to worry about or if I have to do something quickly?
It’s had to get a clear pic.
It’s the white on the sides of his mouth.
Ignore the specs on the water..

look like a skin tag or scale hanging from an injury or scrape as they both startle easily and get excited easily. Should fall off on its own But Do keep an eye on it for any development of infection. Would not Hurt to have either Maracyn 2 or seachem Kanaplex on hand should infection take place.

I’ll keep an eye on it

is Maracyn 2 or Kanaplex reef safe/can I dose the whole tank with it if needed?

Maracyn 2 no and kanaplex, sort of as it can have effect on inverts. I prefer quarantine
