Can anyone identify these creatures?

When I turn my filter off to feed my fish these things come up to the surface due to the light. Are they good creatures to have or something bad to have.

that is a Hydrozoa which happens in some tank when it is new

These also showed up! I thought it was mysis shrimp I put in but they have been there for two weeks!

Are they good to have in a marine tank? How did they get here? Leave them in the tank?

filter feeders...good
