Can anyone identify this coral?

Hi,
I am so glad I found this forum. I have a coral my friend wants to sale me. She is not exactly sure what it is. Although I used to run a saltwater and small reef in the past I am still considered a noob I guess but might know more than we think?!? Haha. Anyway, I want this coral. I just need to know what it is!?! I THINK it is an ACAN but I think it might be rare due to it growing like a dice? And it’s hard to find brilliant green ones. So I think it is also a rare or expensive coral!!! I really hope so. lol
If you have any idea about approx cost for this frag which is about a little over an inch all around and about an inch or so high. The approx value and also does it like low or high placement and low or high flow and low or high light?

thank you SO SO much for y your reply!! I really really appreciate it. This seems to be a great forum, and I plan to spend some quality time here, and also be utmost respectful. I AM that member, that cannot STAND when someone hates, and just smears people. Face to face, they would never do it, but sitting behind a KB it's easy to voice your "thoughts" which are likely just thoughts, and not accurate opinions, or hard evidence of anything.

$45 is a fair price. I bought the same coral from lfs a few months ago. I think I paid $30 for a frag with 2 polyps. I've had one for a few years. They seem hardy and easy to care for as a noob (me) wanting to add some LPS.
