Juvenile tang labeled as surgeon tang at my lfs. They didn’t know what it was either.

Kinda looks like a unicorn tang not a expert by any means though

Acanthurus chirurgus, only tang with stripes like those on the side.

S chase has got it, also known as a caribbean doctorfish. Gets pretty big and fairly bland looking.

I do like them as adults but it takes a while to get there, also there is a white tail and blue tail version depending on location they are from.
