Can anyone identify this skimmer?

I'm converting a wet/dry filter into a sump/refugium and am wondering how high I should make the water level. I got this skimmer used, I was told it was Pacific Coast Imports but I can't seem to find them online. I'm trying to find out the recommended water level for it.

Looks like a custom build.

not seen one of those before but looks like it would use a becket ejector. requiring a high pressure high volume pump.

Ya it's got a Rio 2100 on it 2630lph or almost 700 gph.

It's a Top Fathom...never used one. They still sell them, search the web.
