Can anyone identify this Wrasse?

Buddy of mine has him on hold at an LFS and was curious as to which type of treatments he should be reading up on for QT. I said we needed to start with an accurate ID. Can anyone tell me what this little guy is?

Thank you for tagging! I think its a Lubbock's Fairy, but want to be 100% sure.

It is indeed a Lubbocks also sometimes called a tri-color.
