My tank is 6 months old now and I spotted this growing on two LRs and wondered what it could be. All my water parameters are good and stable, corals and fish are "happy", but I have no idea what this is? Can anyone advise me what it is and if it is good or bad?

Minor swaying when powerhead kicks in but otherwise no movement

sponges or tunicates. if its a tunicate look very close and you'll usually see them "feed" by gently moving the mouth parts on the tube to get flow through. sponges do the same but you cant see the process.

Can anyone identify this mark on my Skunk Dottyback. It appear yesterday and looks more like a scar than spots? It goes over to both sides of the back.
