I have been cycling my tank for 4 months ( i know there is a shorter way to do this) with lights off the majority of the time. No livestock of. any kind has been added. There white things appeared the other day and they seem to be multiplying. Help

hi, think spiroid worms :)

I have never heard of these in a new cycled tank. Are they something I should get rid of?
both of the worms are reef safe, you can't get rid of them ever :)
They exist in every single reef system if it's in healthy condition
