Can anyone identify whats on acro?

Im away so i cant test parameters (so please be nice), but my wife sent me these pictures. Any idea what is towards the top center of this frag?

To me it doesnt look like RTN, or burnt tips, or anything i am familiar with. She said it looks kind of gelatenous or even like white puss.
