This just started showing up on my dry rock the rock is in with other live rock.

It does not feel slimy, I can scrape it off but it don't rub off. It's takes some work. Just can't find anything that looks like it on the web

Just some algea that comes and goes in most saltwater tanks nothing to worry about at all, I'm trying to remember the name of it right now it's at the tip of my tongue lol
 
It's an upgrade from a 25. That's why I added the dry rock. It's a 72 now.
 
Looks like turf algae which is part of the cycling phase of the rock. Soon it will turn brown because of diatoms. Then hopefully purple with coraline algae.
