Can anyone identify?

Can anyone identify this little critter and tell me if he is tank friendly? I have 2 of them in our tank and both have a little black looking creature that comes out of the top of the tube (not sure if you can see him in this picture) And he has 2 long "feelers" that seem to explore the surrounding coral.

My opinion is break off and ditch those guys. They send out a messy spiderweb like mess to catch food. Looks bad and it irratates my corals around them. I leave any in sump but had some huge ones in display I ditched when I could
