Can anybody identify what this is? I found it in my sand bed after it grabbed one of my hermit crabs.

Grabbed a hermit? Or hermit stumbled into it. Those are detritus feeders, if it snared a crab it was an accident that cost it some of it spaghetti noodles (arms, tentacles?)..
