Can anyone identify?

Hi all

I haven't added new fish, coral or rock for months...if not longer. However, I noticed a few new growths attached to one of my frags. Any idea what it is? Im curious if I should just let it grow to if its best to just pull out. I do have some soft corals but Ive had them for a while and thought this is worth asking.

Thanks. Strange how they just started popping up. Tank is a few years old and this is a first.
