Thank you! And not yet. That came seriously over night. I had a 80 gal reef tank like five years ago, however am kinda out of it. I will be getting snails tomorrow!

Also how did the algae grow so fast? All my water tests come out fine, and it's not near a window! Also all the live rock on the bottom are turning white, with a bit of purple(corline) and the top rock has algae any advice?

Figured out the algae issue. I purchased a flow valve filter. However it came put together so I set it up. Never knew the filters where in bags. God I'm stupid some times

Crab and snail. Maybe a Yuma or hairy mushroom that is on the rebound.

It doesn't looks shriveled enough to be a Yuma - when I **** off the Yumas they go from 2"+ across to less than 1/2" across and curl up. If it was able to get to that color I would think it would be all curled up and shriveled. It is probably some other kind of shroom. Even if they bleach, they don't ever get that white. They are a pale greyish color and go more clear than opaque white like that. Doubt it is a Yuma.

Can you tell us more about your set-up? Size, what do you have for for filters/pumps/powerheads etc,do you have a sump/refugium....are you using tap water? Water looks good bur PO4 may be an issue as well as flow....

Ya it's a 45 gallon tank. I do not have a sump. I have. Fluvalve under tank filter and a prizm skimmer. I DID use tap water to start tank up, however did a five gallon wAter change last week with RO water. Thanks!
